GSS utilises GPS Pogo mapping to track moisture, salinity, and temperature across your surfaces in real-time. Combined with Clegg Hammer firmness testing, these measurements allow for precision irrigation and nutrient application. This data-driven approach removes subjectivity from turf management, ensuring a consistent playing experience and identifying underlying issues before they impact surface playability.
Consultative Site Visits & Site Audits
Our professional site visits offer an independent roadmap for success. We evaluate the entire environment - from water quality and biofilms to nutritional efficiency - to design bespoke programmes that fit your club's budget and long-term objectives. We act as a technical partner, helping you justify management decisions to your board or committee with hard evidence and shared scientific expertise.
Soil Structure & Compaction Analysis
Surface behaviour is ultimately dictated by sub-surface health. We conduct deep-profile soil testing and compaction analysis to identify the "caps" that cause plant stress and surface drainage issues. By identifying compaction layers - whether caused by mechanical wear, snow-pack or siltation - we can recommend targeted mechanical treatments, such as the use of the Earthquake machine, to restore the soil’s natural filtration, air transfer and resilience.
